Special to the Advance EDINBURG — The Region One Education Service Center Board of Directors canvassed votes from the Board of Directors election during the regularly scheduled meeting held April 17, 2024. Three board seats were up for re-election: Place 1 (Hidalgo County), Place 4 (Hidalgo County) and Place 7 (Brooks & Willacy Counties).
