Pharr Commissioners approved an Ordinance amending Ordinance No. O-2018-37 (rental of city facilities). The new ordinance establishes a new category (Non-commercial / Private) under Class I of rental fees and shall apply to any and all activities sponsored by private entities to which admission might be restricted, but to which an admission fee will not be charged and profit-making is not intended.
